The Company supports the Pilot Recovery Program (PRP) to assist in the confidential identification and support of pilots who struggle with Problematic Substance Use.
This Policy, with specified conditions, makes provisions for pilots to be temporarily removed from active flight status while undergoing the assessment, treatment and monitoring required to seek a renewed grant of the Medical Certificate on a restricted basis and the stable maintenance of healthy recovery.
